No Returns on Food & Beverage Products

For safety and regulatory reasons, we do not accept physical returns of food or beverage products. Once pouches leave our facility, they cannot be re-entered into inventory or resold.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right with a refund or replacement. No returns are required for consumable products.

Order Issues (Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items)

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo of the item and/or packaging (if applicable)

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Consumable Products (Merch & Gear)

Apparel, cups, mugs, accessories, and other non-consumable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Proof of Purchase

We require an order number or proof of purchase to process replacements or refunds.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we made an error (such as a damaged, incorrect, or missing item).

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as delivered but is missing, please contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier. Replacements may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
