Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may be longer during launches, promotions, or holidays.

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and carrier options. We do not mark up carrier rates.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States. Estimated transit times provided by carriers are not guaranteed and do not include processing time.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control. Carrier transit estimates are provided for convenience only.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to reroute packages once in transit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as delivered but is missing, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Replacements may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages based on availability and warehouse logistics. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is marked as pre-order or backorder, estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page and/or during checkout.
